IntraVest was born out of a vision to create something different in the Colorado real estate market. As a minority and Black-owned holding company, we entered this industry knowing the barriers that exist — and committed to breaking through them with excellence, integrity, and results.

Over 15 years, we have grown from a single-family builder into a full-service real estate holding company with a portfolio spanning single-family homes, multi-family developments, luxury estates, and apartment communities across Colorado Springs, Denver, and beyond.
